Example Retreat Pricing
We are often asked to provide estimates for retreat pricing, so here are some considerations - but note that it’s best to be in touch with us to work out the details for your particular event.
One common option for retreats is to have 16 participants accommodated between our eight cabins and The Nest. This arrangement offers shared accommodations while also offering a good amount of privacy per space.
Example pricing for a four day three night retreat could look like:
All cabins and The Nest for three nights - $6000 + HST
The Gathering Place for two full days - $600 + HST
Two full days of meals plus one departing breakfast - $3000
TOTAL: $9600 + HST = $10850
$680 per participant including tax
This cost includes full access to all resort amenities including sauna, campfire, sandy beach, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and complimentary high speed wifi in all cabins.
Since the cabins have full kitchens, sometimes retreat planners ask participants to bring their own food for some meals (breakfast, sometimes lunch) to keep the cost lower.
Organizers might also invite more participants which would lower the cost per person.
The Gathering Place could also be rented for two half days if groups will only be having shared dinners there.
